Jaime Smith is world-renowned Sommelier and poly-synaesthete. Jaime tastes and smells in both shapes and colors —  his so-called super power! He has experimented with cross-modal trainings and has succeeded in training himself to taste the flavors of sound:  expanding/exploring the depth of his Synaethesia is a constant for him. He’s always exploring flavor combinations and does interactive dinners with chefs (and has also been a chef, himself), exploring both complementary and provocative “flavorscapes.” Jaime teaches and lectures around the world.
